Privacy, plainly.

Keystone uses the information you provide to respond to your Enterprise enquiry, discuss membership with you and keep a record of that conversation. For questions or requests about your information, contact anthony@keystone.ie.

Membership enquiries

We keep contact details and notes that you share with Anthony about membership. Flynn and Anthony can review these in the private Keystone workspace. Enquiring does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorise unrelated marketing.

Personal invitations

An invitation link contains a private identifier and may display the recipient’s first name and company. Please do not share another person’s invitation. If you choose to share viewing activity, we record when the film starts, reaches halfway and finishes. You can watch without sharing that activity.

Cookies and other services

This version does not load advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The private workspace uses an essential session cookie to keep authorised users signed in for seven days. The booking calendar is currently a placeholder and does not connect to Calendly.

Booking a conversation

The embedded booking calendar, when available, loads from Calendly when you reach the booking section. Calendly will receive the connection information needed to display it, including your IP address, and the details you enter to book a call. Its own cookie controls and privacy information apply. Private invitation identifiers are not included in the calendar URL.

Watching films

Film previews are served by this site. Video files load from Wistia or Wix only when you press play. Those providers receive the connection information needed to deliver the film, including your IP address. We use the browser’s video player and do not load their advertising or analytics players. Testimonial text is available without playing a video.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to further outreach, by contacting Anthony. Personal invitations include a link to stop outreach. We keep a minimal suppression record so that an opt-out can be honoured.

Storage and review

The site uses Railway for hosting and Neon for database storage. Access to the workspace is restricted. Application information is reviewed during the launch and should be removed when it is no longer needed; membership and payment records are handled separately.
