We have compiled overwhelming evidence that the legend of Atlantis is loosely based on Stone Age Ireland - the source of a seafaring megalithic mother culture.

Keystone University, a new & highly ambitious organisation based in Ireland has conducted the largest ever investigation into the Lost Island of Atlantis.

Having compared every possible location & followed the evidence Keystone offers the most logical, rational & compelling theory ever produced for the location of the legendary lost Island - Atlantis Ireland.

Plato’s Atlantis was an advanced stone age seafaring people based in an Island in the Atlantic. Ireland meets all this criteria & much more. Our research indicated that Plato's legend was mostly true however it did combine two separate places into one tale, a lot of exaggeration & several errors.

We can provide over 1,000 pieces of evidence to support our theory including :

• The Stone Age Irish had boats which were capable of international travel & there are numerous records in the ancient Irish annals of voyages across the world, including trips to Africa & Egypt etc

• Ireland has an estimated 100,000 stone age constructions - thought to be more than the rest of the world combined. Very few have ever been excavated

• Stone age constructions ( stone circles, forts, mounds etc ) are found in virtually every country on earth & were built by the Ancient Irish

• The most impressive stone age monuments on earth are found in Irelands Boyne Valley as you would expect if they were the leading civilisation at the time ( Most predate the pyramids by thousands of years )

• Newgrange in Irelands Boyne Valley is the circular temple of Atlantis & is probably the oldest temple on earth. 200,000 tons of stone & earth were moved to construct it including 90 giant 3-10 ton stones that were shipped over 30 km

• The ancient Irish were the first to domesticate cattle & have the highest lactose tolerance on earth indicating they drank dairy milk from the earliest times

• The ancient Irish first domesticated horses & the genetics of the extinct Irish hobby horse provides 68% of the modern thoroughbred racehorse including the ’speed gene’

• The ancient irish had settlements all over the world including in the City of Cerne in Mauritania Africa - this is the Eye of the Sahara & Plato’s Lost City of Atlantis

• The oldest laws on earth are the ancient irish Brehon Laws

• Ancient irish astronomers named the Milky Way which they described as ’the way of the white cow’. The oldest recording of a solar eclipse is also found in Ireland

• The Ancient Greeks had no idea where Ireland was apart from it being in the Atlantic. They called it several names including Irene, The Sacred Isle & Hyperborea ( a fertile island with oak trees, a circular tempo & priests with harps )

• In Greek mythology Atlas was the first king of Both The Island of Atlantis & Mauritania Africa - both of which were combined in Platos legend

• There are records of the mystical Irish tribe The Tuatha De Dannans teaching Pythagoras who predated Plato & Atistotle - Pythagoras considered them ‘god like’

• The oldest copper mines in Europe are found in Ireland

• It was the warlike Amazon s& not the Atlantians who attacked Greece & waged

  war in the region. Greek history is very consistent on this, Plato got this one wrong.

• Irelands soil is very fertile & barley is harvested there twice a year - meeting Platos description of an island so fertile it can produce ’two crops a year’

• Ireland measures 3000 stadia x 2000 stadia - the exact measurements Plato provided in his dialogues for Atlantis ( some dispute these measurements )

• Ireland has steep cliffs on one side, gentle slopes on the other & a fertile circular plain surrounded by mountains just like Platos Atlantis

• Ireland is a large island in the Atlantic with an Ancient culture & people. Its also the only country on earth with legends of life before & after the great flood.

• In 2004 a leading scientist & geologist also provided the theory that Ireland was Atlantis but didn’t provide anything like the proof we have

• The Irish Ogham Tree language is the oldest written language on earth & has so far been found in Colorado USA & Egypt while the spoken Gaelic tongue is the missing ’indo-european’ language that scholars have sought for centuries

• The Irish were Gaels not Celts. The European Celts were the descendants of the Irish Gaels. The Gaelic culture originated in Atlantis Ireland

• The stereotypical Irish genetics of Red Hair, Blue Eyes & Milky white skin shows up all over the world int eh unlikeliest of Places. Over 1000 red / fair haired mummies have been found in Egypt. Rameses II had red / fair hair while the Irish are the closest genetic match on earth to Tutankamum

• The founder of the Egyptian Culture Thoth arrived from an ‘island in th west’ with Emerald Tablets - the emerald tables of Atlantis Ireland

• The Irish Tailtean games predate the Greek Olympic games by over 1000 years

• 11,600 years ago Ireland was drowned ( swallowed by the sea ) by a giant tsunami & earthquakes caused by a comet impact in the Puerto Rico trench. Very few survived although some did & there are written records of them. This event ended the Younger Dryas mini ice age period. Irish mythology contains a record of this giant tsunami / flood & the names of the survivors

• Recent research proves that Ireland was occupied during the younger dryas mini ice age period while 3 separate sets of flint tools dating back 300,000 - 400,000 years have been found in Ireland. Since the Atlantic gulf stream which laps Irelands western Atlantic coast didn’t stop during the great or mini ice ages there is no reason to suspect Ireland has not been habituated for hundreds of thousands of years ( this goes against mainstream opinion )
